Description for B&B:
To begin with, I'd like to highlight that Colmar shares the same rainfall pattern as Marseille, making it a true microclimate destination. Your family-friendly accommodation features two well-maintained bedrooms, complete with a courtyard and garden. Situated in a peaceful area in central Alsace, it's conveniently located on the outskirts of Colmar—just a 5-minute bus ride from the city center, with the bus stop only 100 meters away—and 8 km from the scenic wine route that includes Kaysersberg, Ribeauvillé, Riquewihr, and Eguisheim. The two spacious guest rooms, each 23 m², are located on the first floor and come with their own bathroom, shower, and separate toilet. Known for my welcoming and enthusiastic nature, I'm happy to offer advice on local attractions, hiking trails, and other fun activities, such as visiting the Maison Blanck wine cellar in Mittelwihr. You'll also find maps and brochures detailing the historical and cultural sites of Alsace.
For your leisure, enjoy access to a library, board games, a barbecue, and a shaded terrace in the courtyard. The house is open for your use, and you can make use of the shared spaces, including the living room, dining room, pergola, barbecue, and kitchen, upon request. Parking is available within the enclosed courtyard.
I offer a delightful breakfast, either sweet or savory, featuring homemade jams, and it’s available from early in the morning. This house is perfect for two couples looking to enjoy evenings together in the living or dining room.
