This apartment has an ideal location, situated between Bordeaux and the Arcachon Basin. It is conveniently close to various vineyards in Bordeaux and the Monsalut area can be reached in less than 5 minutes, allowing guests to discover ponds and enjoy walks in the Crown forests of CESTAS.

The apartment is connected to the main house and is surrounded by a beautiful wooded area. It features a modern space with a living room that includes two sofa beds, an 80 cm flat screen TV, a dining area with a table and four chairs, and a kitchenette equipped with a sink, a 2-plate hob, a multifunction microwave, a coffee maker, and a kettle. The bathroom, located on the ground floor, has a shower, a sink, and a toilet. The bedroom, located upstairs, offers a very comfortable double bed (140 * 190), a desk, and a wardrobe. A canvas cot can be provided if needed.

Guests can enjoy WIFI internet access and have access to a shared washing machine and dryer, a plancha, and a barbecue. The living room overlooks a peaceful wooded area, creating a tranquil environment.

Directions

From BORDEAUX, follow the A63 motorway towards Arcachon. Take exit at Junction 25 and, upon reaching the first roundabout, go straight for 300m. You will find No. 25 on your right.
