**Le Petit L'Ormet: A Cozy Getaway****Bedroom:** Enjoy a restful night on a queen-size bed complete with a freshly laundered mattress protector. The room is equipped with a 220 x 240 cm duvet, a cotton blanket, a quilt, and four 65 x 65 cm pillows for your comfort. Ample storage is available in the wardrobe with hanging space, alongside two chairs, a luggage rack, and two bedside lamps. The room features double curtains, an east-facing window, double-glazed glass, and shutters for added privacy.
**Living Room:** Relax in our inviting living room, which includes a library corner and Wi-Fi access. A round table with four chairs and a floor lamp create a perfect setting for dining or reading. Enjoy the view of the east-facing garden through the double-glazed windows and doors, complete with shutters for your convenience.
**Kitchen Area:** The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, dishwasher, single-bowl sink, four ceramic hobs, and an electric oven. A fridge-freezer, kettle, electric coffee maker, microwave, and espresso machine (Nescafé type) are also provided. You'll find a generous supply of crockery and kitchen utensils suitable for up to four guests. We encourage waste sorting with containers provided, and various cleaning products are available for your use, including a vacuum cleaner.
**Entrance/Living Room:** Unwind on the two-seater sofa while watching television. The area features a double-glazed French window with shutters for added comfort and privacy.
**Bathroom:** A compact bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and toilet.
**Gardens:**
- **East Garden:** Offers a stunning view towards Charroux, furnished with tables and chairs for four, two deckchairs, a parasol, and a charcoal barbecue. The garden is unfenced, with livestock nearby depending on the season.
- **West Garden:** Features a parking space, an occasional table, and chairs for enjoying a sunset drink. This is the entrance area to Le Petit L'Ormet. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garden, and alternative storage can be arranged if needed.
**Additional Information:**
- Le Petit L'Ormet does not accommodate pets.
- There are nearby livestock, and the gardens are unfenced.
**Access:**
Located just outside the quaint village of Valignat, which has a population of 70, you can find us on D183, between Valignat and Veauce. Avoid getting lost in the small village, and enjoy the peaceful countryside setting.

Directions
To access LOrmet, take the A71 motorway and exit at junction A719 towards Vichy. After the toll, take exit 13 to Ebreuil. Follow the signs to Ebreuil and then Vicq. Continue straight towards Bellenaves and at the top of the hill, turn left onto D183 before reaching the village of Valignat (do not go into the village). LOrmet will be located on the right, approximately 1,500m away.
If you are coming from Gannat, simply follow the signs to Ebreuil and then follow the same directions as mentioned above.
For those coming from St Pourçain, follow the signs to Chantelle and then Bellenaves. Continue until you reach St Bonnet de Tizon. After passing the level crossing, at the very top of the hill, turn right onto RD183, following the road away from the village of Valignat (do not go into the village). LOrmet will be located on the right, approximately 1,500m away.
