THE BUIS is situated in the western suburbs of Paris, in close proximity to Versailles and the Rambouillet forest. This enchanting establishment encompasses a stunning park spanning 7000 m2, featuring a forest area with ancient trees, meticulously shaped boxwood balls, topiaries, and paths bordered by fruit trees. A tranquil river meanders through the trees, nourished by a cascading waterfall. A grand pool adorned with a statue and a greenhouse adorned with hanging grapes add to the allure of this magical place. We invite you to experience the splendor of this location.

The romantic ambiance is further enhanced by a beautiful swimming pool, clay tennis courts, a bowling alley for playing petanque, a spacious paved courtyard, a children's garden, and an old barn. These amenities ensure that your visit will leave an indelible memory.

Included in our rates are a delectable French breakfast, access to the pool with comfortable pillows and towels, use of the clay tennis courts (weather permitting), access to golf balls, exploration of the park, forest, and all its hidden corners, and usage of the pool during fairs and winter.

Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. To secure your reservation, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, payable in cash or via bank transfer.

We offer three distinct rental spaces for your convenience. THE LOFT is a private staircase leading to a spacious area of 160 m2 that can accommodate 1-4 individuals. It boasts two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds that can be combined), a large living room with a television, a bathroom, and a toilet. The flooring is warm and features wood, seagrass, and tiles. The space is decorated with a cozy touch and offers a television.

The WHITE ROOM, located on the first floor, features a comfortable bed (160 size) and an ensuite bathroom with a toilet. It also includes a television.

For those seeking independence, THE COTTAGE is an ideal choice. It comprises two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two beds that can be combined), a cozy lounge area with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, a toilet, and a television.

The overall atmosphere exudes warmth, with a decor that incorporates natural materials in shades of moles, beige, and wood.

You have the option to park your car or luxury collection in the courtyard of the town hall parking lot.
