Description for B&B:

Château de Lahitte is a charming 4-star bed and breakfast located on a tranquil hillside in the Adour Valley. Originally built in the 18th century as a vineyard estate, the house has been lovingly restored by the current owners. Surrounded by lush parkland and gardens, once vineyards, the property offers a serene atmosphere for guests to enjoy. The gardens have been meticulously landscaped and feature beautiful old trees, providing the perfect setting for a leisurely stroll or peaceful reflection. Guests can also take advantage of the sauna, showers, and rest room located in one of the restored outbuildings. An outdoor swimming pool is also available for guests to relax and unwind. On clear days, the breathtaking summits of the Pyrenees can be seen from the garden. The guest rooms, located on the first and second floors, provide comfortable and bright accommodations, each with an ensuite bathroom. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room or in the garden under the canopy of the unique "gloriette" structure, especially delightful on warm summer mornings. The ground floor features inviting sitting rooms for guests to relax in. Tennis courts and a golf course are conveniently located nearby. The Gascony region offers plenty of opportunities to explore its sunflower fields, vast estates, vineyards, picturesque villages, and stunning scenery. This is also the renowned Armagnac area, with the cotes de Saint Mont, Madiran, and Tursan in close proximity. A variety of excellent restaurants can be found in the area, catering to different tastes and preferences.

Appréciations pour Chateau de Lahitte, Vergoignan:

notre dernier sejour
Review by: Céline et sylvie, Sep 6 2016 11:59PM
