You don't need to use your car to have a good time on or near our property. We offer a guide in the library that includes information on hiking trails, great local restaurants, and interesting landmarks in the area. Free Wi-Fi is available, as well as board games for all ages. If the weather is nice, you can also enjoy our garden and terraces.For those who enjoy outdoor activities, we have three mountain bikes available for reservation and deposit. This allows you to explore the numerous surrounding trails.
Our location in the countryside means that we are neighbors with the beautiful Kerandrun castle and its pond, as well as the Camellias farm. A river flows at the bottom of our garden, and you can relax under the hazel tree near the old spring.
Situated at the entrance of the Rhuys Peninsula, you are only a short distance from Noyalo for walks along the Gulf coast, and about 15 minutes away from the Atlantic beaches (such as Ambon and Damgan). Within a quick drive, you can also visit Rochefort-en-Terre, explore the market in Questembert, or discover the historic city of Vannes and its fortifications. You will find yourself at a convenient crossroads to access the most beautiful sites in Morbihan!

Stéfanie and Eddy warmly invite you to experience a peaceful retreat at our charming guest house located near Vannes, in the beautiful commune of Theix-Noyalo, in the Gulf of Morbihan.We have carefully designed each of our rooms with unique themes to ensure a memorable stay:
- Lochrist, situated on the ground floor, features a trendy "factory" ambiance with steel cloakroom, desk lamps, and workbench. This room is thoughtfully arranged to cater to the needs of individuals with reduced mobility, new parents (a complimentary baby kit is available), and expectant mothers. With its spacious 28 m² size, it offers a bathroom with a large Italian shower, double basins, and separate toilets. Lochrist also boasts a private terrace with west-facing views, perfect for relaxation.
- Locmariaquer exudes a delightful seaside charm, capturing the essence of the early 20th century with deckchairs, shutters, and tortoiseshell accents. This room, spanning 28 m², offers a bathroom with a bath and shower, a single basin, and separate WC. Immerse yourself in a dreamlike atmosphere during your stay.
- Le Val sans Retour draws inspiration from the enchanting forests, stone formations, and captivating landscapes of Brittany. From the mystical Brocéliande forest to the famous Carnac alignments and the magnificent Huelgoat with its cascading giant rocks, this room pays homage to the magical places of the region. Relax on the terrace amidst the oaks, which offers a breathtaking view, rewarding those who dare to venture a few meters above the void. Le Val sans Retour spans 24 m² and features a bathroom with a double shower and separate WC.
To ensure your safety and peace of mind, all our rooms are equipped with five-point locking doors. They also feature a safe, a coffee machine with pods, a kettle with a selection of teas, a hairdryer, and a mini-bar. The comfortable bedding is in the size of 180x200. Additionally, we provide all the necessary linen, including towels, beach towels, and bed linens. Breakfast is also included in the price.
For your leisure and entertainment, we offer a wide selection of books, ranging from crime novels and dramas to comedies and tourist guides. You can find these books and a collection of board games in our cozy lounge. We also provide informational flyers about the area and offer a WiFi connection for your convenience.
