Our cottage can accommodate up to six people. It consists of two bedrooms - one with a double bed measuring 140 * 190 and the other with two single beds measuring 90 * 190, which can be joined together if needed. The living room also includes a sofa that can be converted into two single beds measuring 90 * 190. The cottage is beautifully decorated in a charming and relaxing atmosphere.

Sylvie, our host, takes great joy in preparing a delicious and hearty breakfast for her guests. Whether enjoyed on the terrace or in the common room, you can indulge in freshly baked pastries and brioches, homemade jams made from orchard fruits, freshly squeezed orange juice, a refreshing fruit salad, and other delightful treats.

The cottage features a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a bathroom and separate toilet for your convenience. A television, DVD player, and internet access are available in the common area (we apologize for the lack of WIFI in the Mardelle at the moment).

For moments of relaxation and conviviality, you have a private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. Our son Dorian has personally crafted the furniture. Additionally, there is a room filled with books and information about the area, as well as a game room with table football, board games, and music records.

Outside, you will find a lovely flower garden with various seating areas. One notable feature is a small fountain created from an old trough that was previously used for farm animals. From these areas, you can enjoy a clear view of the beautiful surrounding countryside.

For those who enjoy outdoor activities, the nearby activities center offers a variety of options including swimming.

If you're a motorsports enthusiast, you'll be pleased to know that we are conveniently situated near the famous race tracks of Magny Cours and Lurcy Levis. On Wednesdays, don't miss the vibrant local market where you can indulge in delicious regional products. For some family fun, the PAI amusement park on the Loire is just an hour away. After a day of exploration, relax and unwind in our tranquil garden, surrounded by the beauty of our vineyards.
