There is a well-maintained lawn next to the property, furnished with garden furniture including sunbeds and armchairs. On the first floor, there are two themed rooms with their own bathroom and toilet facilities. The first room has a double bed and an additional single bed, while the second room has a double bed. A baby bed is also available. The living room is equipped with a comfortable seating area, a television, and a reading corner. Both rooms are classified as having three "ears" (a rating system). However, please note that complete freedom is not provided. The property is situated in the heart of the "village of artists" and is less than thirty minutes away from the Bay of Mont-St-Michel and the coastline of Brittany, which includes popular destinations such as St Malo, Cancale, and Dinard. Guests can also enjoy pleasant conversations around a generous table by making a reservation.
